Ivy Cottage is a charming and characterful home, benefiting form a recently refurbished ground floor, Architect designed bespoke kitchen and dining space, adds modern touches with a country cottage feel.
The cottage offers a deceptive level of accommodation comprised over three floors.
The top floor of the property comprises of three well propositioned bedrooms all with kingsize beds along with the family bathroom. To the back of the property fantastic views of the large mature gardens can be taken. To the front of the property there are pretty village views.
The ground floor has a beautiful open plan kitchen and dining space, from this space there is a large pantry with fridge freezer, second oven and dishwasher plus original storage shelving. There is also a study area (currently used a storage room). Both staircases lead to this area making it the true heart of the cottage. The open plan space also benefits from South light to the rear and North light to the front, making the light in the space beautiful from dawn through to dusk.
On the lower ground floor there is a further double bedroom with arched windows onto the lower terrace, there is also a shower room on this floor. A large lounge with open fire is also locates on this floor, arched French doors lead out onto the lower terrace, where seating can be found around the sunken fire pit. I great space for relaxing in the evening….
The gardens are divided over three levels, the top level has a generous dining area with BBQ, a brick and flint staircase leads you down to the middle terrace, ideal for catching the afternoon sun, surrounded by lavender bushes. Below this is the lower garden, lawn and mature boarders making this area very secluded and relaxing after a days exploring the local area.
There is parking for two cars on the driveway and there is additional space outside the property.

Ivy Cottage is charged on a nightly basis, discounts apply for longer stays.
an additional clean fee is applicable to all stays and we operate on a min stay of two nights.
